Determines the engine operating conditions according to the
input signals from the sensors, and sends output signals to
operate the actuators to perform the various control functions.
Detects the engine speed.
Detects the crankshaft angle.
Detects engine overheating.
Activates the ignition.
Controls the amount of vapor gas to be sent from the vapor
separator to the intake system.
Detects the engine oil pressure.
Detects water intrusion in fuel filter.
Detects the intake air temperature.
Detects the intake air pressure.
Adjusts the flow of air to the engine when idling.
Detects the engine temperature.
Detects the throttle valve opening.
Detects the neutral position.
Detects the shift-in or shift-out condition for the forward gear-
shift.
Pressurizes the fuel and sends the fuel to the fuel rail.
Injects fuel.
Stops the engine forcibly.
