Transmission
information page
- indicates the percentage of received
Bad Key Frames
frames that could not be decrypted successfully. All data
received over the satellite is encrypted. A continuously
increasing value indicates the HN7000S is not
commissioned. Click on System Status and check the
Commission Status
indicates the HN7000S is not commissioned, contact
customer support.

low non-increasing value is displayed and the system is
functioning, there is no reason for concern. You do not need
to troubleshoot or contact customer support.
