Push up the lock release button of
the duplex reversal unit, and then
hold it in place.

Slowly lower the duplex reversal
unit until it stops, and remove the
misfed paper.

Slowly raise the duplex reversal
unit and insert until it clicks into
place. Raise the left cover, and
then close it securely by pushing
the area labeled "PUSH".

Z2:Dup.Feed Unit" Appears
You can remove misfed paper from
the duplex feed unit by following the
procedure below.
Note
❒ When a paper misfeed occurs in
the duplex feed unit, the printer
usually sends the misfed paper to
the right cover, so there is no need
to execute this procedure. See p.91

Turn off the power, and then un-
plug the power cable.

driver.
