Concentric Swingarm Rear Housing Service

1. Remove seals from housing.

2. Remove bearings.

3. Drive bearing race out from opposite sides.

4. Inspect housing for cracks or wear. Replace if

1. Drive in new bearing race with brass drift. (Use heat)

2. Lubricate and install new tapered bearings.

3. Lubricate and install new seals.

1. Place brake caliper pivot bushing on stud with

flange inward as shown.

2. Loosely assemble upper and lower brake caliper

mount. Do not tighten at this time.

3. Install rear axle. (See page 7.41)
