The card is in service.

card is not communicating with the
system.
The number of trunk and/or extension
ports exceeds the system capacity.
The card is different from the card
specified in programming.
Card has been removed from the
system.
It performs Automatic Configuration of
the card, if the slot is in the "OUS"
condition.
Operation is suspended.
(If the port is on-hook, the port is
disabled. Otherwise the system will wait
until the port becomes idle.)
