Remove
the
dowel
pins
and
cylinder gasket.
PISTON
REMOVAL
Remove
a
piston pin
dip
with
pliers.
NOTE
•
Do
not
let
the
dip
fall
into
the crankcase.
Press the
piston pin out
of
the piston
and remove
the
pis-
ton.
CAUTION
•
Always
support
the piston
when
pressing out
the piston
pm
to
pre-
vent
damage
to the
big-end
bearing.

Inspect the
top
of
the
cylinder
for
warpage.
