The DBS can provide Music-on-Hold to callers placed on hold. See
l
"Music-On-Hold" (page 2-34) for more information.
Use the Call Park function to transfer an outside
the intended recipient of the call. Park the call and then page the person to
whom
to transfer the call. That person can answer the call from any
you want
extension by dialing the number of the extension that parked the call.
To park a call:
1. Flash the switchhook.
2. Dial "75."
To retrieve a parked call:
1. Lift the handset.
The phone issues intercom dial tone.
2. Dial "76."
3. Dial the number of the extension that parked the call.
To retrieve a call parked by the attendant (after receiving the Park
Number from the Attendant):
The phone issues intercom dial toned.
2. Dial '76."
