• Bend the lock washer securely.

4 Lock washer
5 Camshaft sprocket
CYLINDER HEAD COVER
• Pour engine oil in each oil pocket in the cylinder head.
• Install the camshaft end cap 1.
• Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and head
cover.
• Install the dowel pins.
• Apply SUZUKI BOND "1216B" uniformly to the mating surface
of the cylinder head cover and install it within a few minutes.

NOTE:
When installing the cylinder head cover, the piston must be at
top dead center on the compression stroke.
