Does the display on the control panel change every time the sensing area
of the sensor is interrupted or blocked?

Check the sensor (fuser output) for proper connection.
Is the sensor connected properly?
Step 5
Check the upper redrive for damage.
Is the component free from damage?
Step 6
Perform a print test, and check the upper redrive motor for proper
operation.
Does the component operate properly?
Step 7
Perform a print test.
Does the problem remain?
Yes
