Procedure
Step 1 Verify that the cover seal is clean and that all cables are tucked back into the chassis.
Step 2 To close the cover, use the special screw driver to evenly tighten all twelve captive bolts in the order as shown
in Opening the Router Cover, on page
Step 3 Evenly tighten the bolts again, this time using 1152 to1344 in oz (8.13 to 9.49 Nm) of torque.

To assemble and connect a DC power cable, you need to supply these tools and material:
• 3 core outdoor-rated DC power cable (minimum 16 AWG) with outside cable diameter of 0.20 to 0.45
