Symptom
Direct Dial no longer works.
Round Robin extensions do
not ring in the correct order.
Incoming DID calls do not
reach my extension.
Troubleshooting
Synapse SB67030 and Accessories User's Guide
Probable Cause
You updated your Extension
Prefix, and that digit was
already being used as an
Auto Attendant menu option.
The system time is not
properly configured.
Outside caller dialed the
caller ID number that came
with a fax that was sent from
another extension. Outside
calls placed to the DID fax
number go directly to the fax
machine.
Corrective Action
If you assign Direct Inward Dial numbers with the first digit
of any extension that overlaps an Auto Attendant menu
numeric key value, callers will be unable to dial those
extensions. Instead, they will be connected to that Auto
Attendant menu action. Select a different DID number.
All devices' time settings need to be synchronized.
