1. Extend the interior telescopic rails completely to the front (1).

2. Insert the prepared server into the protruding interior telescope rails (2) until the rails
engage.
3. Release the locking mechanism of both telescopic rails - see (3a) for fully extending rails
and (3b) for partially extending rails.
4. Push the server as far as it will go into the rack (4).
5. Fasten the server to the rack (5) using the two knurled screws (front panel).
6. Route the cables as described in the technical manual for the rack in question with the
server pushed in.

CAUTION!
Ensure that the safety lock has been inserted before the server is inserted (see
figure
24).
CAUTION!
At least two people are needed to position the server in the rack.
They must click into place so that they can no longer be moved.
