MAINTENANCE WORK ON FRAME AND ENGINE
–
Remove screw connections
–
Remove screws. Take off oil filter cover
–
Pull oil filter
Circlip pliers reverse (51012011000)
–
Completely drain the engine oil.
–
Clean all oil screens and oil drain plugs with a magnet.
–
Clean all sealing surfaces.

Insert oil filter
–
Lubricate the O-ring of the oil filter cover.
–
Install oil filter cover

Remaining engine screws
–
Position the oil line. Mount and tighten screw cap

Screw connection, suction

and move the oil line to one side.


out of the oil filter housing.

. Mount and tighten the screws.

M14x1.5
with the O-ring.
M5 6 Nm (4.4 lbf ft)
