Before using your Bluetooth
audio equipment
with the multimedia system for the first time,
you will need to authorize it.
Searching for and authorizing the Bluetooth
audio equipment
Requirements
®
Bluetooth
is activated on the multimedia sys‐
tem (
page 226).
Check your Bluetooth
®
audio equipment for the
following (see the manufacturer's operating
instructions):

The Bluetooth
audio equipment must sup‐

port the A2DP and AVRCP Bluetooth
profiles.
®
The Bluetooth
function must be activated.

®
The Bluetooth
audio equipment must be

"visible" for other devices.

and on the mobile phone.

After successful authorization, the Blue‐

audio equipment is connected and
starts playing.
With some Bluetooth

audio equipment, play‐
back must be initially started on the device itself
so that the multimedia system can play the
audio files.
