The following overview shows the weights of some commonly used materials:
Roll weights per material
Plain paper (75g/m2, A0, 175m)
Plain paper (110g/m2, A0, 100m)
Transparent paper (90g/m2, A0, 100m)
Océ polyesters (3.5mil, A0, 50m)
Vellum 7500 (20lb, 36", 500')
Engineering bond 45-111 (20lb, 36", 500')
Weights are without the 1.3 kg roll holder.
Note:
The weight of a stack of sheets never exceeds the RWL.
If the Océ TDS600 printer is not equipped with the optional roll
Caution:
loader, the NIOSH limit value for handling loads will be exceeded when
rolls of imaging materials having a net weight of more than 7 kg (i.e. a
width of more than approx. 50 cm or 20 inches) are placed in the roll
positions numbers 2, 4 and 6 by only one person.
