Troubleshooting

If an error message appears when connecting to the machine from a
computer
Check the IP address of the machine.
If a connection is still not possible, contact your network administrator.

If "MTP cannot be used." or "FTP cannot be used." appears

Check that the network cable is correctly connected.

If the HDD Ready indicator indicates an HDD malfunction

Contact your technical representative.
