DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area
DTC detecting condition
Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No.1 is lower than
specified voltage for 5 sec. even though radiator cooling fan relay
No.1 is OFF.
(1 driving cycle detection logic)
DTC Confirmation Procedure
1) With ignition switch turned OFF, connect scan tool.
2) Turn ON ignition switch and clear DTC by using scan tool.
3) Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
4) Keep engine at idle speed until engine coolant temperature reaches 102 °C (216 °F) or more.
5) Check DTC.
