A The minimum top and bottom margins (above and below the
perforation) are 4.2 mm (0.17 inches).
B The minimum left and right margins are 13 mm (5.1 inches) for paper
229.2 mm (9.0 inches) wide or less.
The left and right margins must be more than 13 mm (5.1 inches)
for paper more than 229.2 mm (9.0 inches) wide.
