Alternator Installation - Honda ATC200S Workshop Manual

STARTERjAL TERNATOR
Remove the driver spricket cover.
OisconneCllhe alternator wire coupler.
Remove the wire band.
Remove the alternator wire hrnder and clamp.
Drain the engine oil.
Remove the alternator housing.
Remove the stator coils from the housing.
ALTERNATOR INSTALLATION
Install the alternator stator coil onto the
genera tor housing as shown.
