Front Wheel Installation - Honda ATC200S Workshop Manual

Install th~ front wh~el hub and tigh ten the
hub nuts.
TOROUE: 20-25 N·m 12.0-2.5 k9"m,
14_ 18 ft-Ib)
Innall the brake drum and lock plates.
Tighten the boilS to the specified torque .
TORQUE: 2G-25 N·m
12.0-2.5

Bend the tabs of the lock plates up.

Install the axle collar and brake panel.
