Handlebar Removal - Honda ATC200S Workshop Manual

HEADLIGHT BRACKET REMOVAL!
INSTALLATION
Remove the headl ight case (Page 11 _4 ).
Remove the 10ckpins and washers allached
the headlight braC ket on both sides.
Remove the brocket from the for k bridge.
I n~tall the brocket in the reverse order of
removal.

REMOVAL
Remove the handlebar hOlder cover.
Remove the headlight and disconnect the wire
<;onnectors.
Remove the wire bands and handlebar switc h.
Disconnect th e front and rear brake cables at
the brake leve rs.
Remove the th rottle lever housing .
