Cylinder Head Installation - Honda ATC200S Workshop Manual

Insta ll the valve sprin9 retainers.
Install the va lve cotte rs.
CAUTION'

Tap the valve stems gently with a plastic
hammer to firmly seat the cotters.

Support the cylinder

CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Clean off any gasket mater ial from the
cv linder surface.
Install t he Q.rings, dowel pins and a new
gasket.
