8603 Pointing-device error.
00012000 Processor machine check error.
00019701 Processor failed BIST.
01298001 No update data for processor.
Action
1. Run the Configuration/Setup Utility program and
load the default settings (see "Using the
Configuration/Setup Utility program" on page 12).
2. Reseat the following components:
a. DVD drive cable
b. DVD drive
c. (Trained service technician only) System
board
3. Replace the components listed in step 2 one at a
time, in the order shown, restarting the server
each time.
1. Reseat the pointing device.
2. Replace the following components one at a time,
in the order shown, restarting the server each
time:
a. Pointing device
