Cause
Secure the specimen in the
slide holder
Revolve the nosepiece to the
click-stop position
Adjust the light intensity by
rotating the intensity control
dial and/or iris diaphragm
Use daylight blue filter
Adjust the light intensity by
rotating the intensity control
dial and/or iris diaphragm
Adjust the light intensity by
rotating the intensity control
dial and/or iris diaphragm
Open to the proper setting
Position the condenser slightly
lower than the upper limit
