Remove the two 2.5 x 4 mm screws (D) securing the HDD to the system board (Figure 4-
22).

Grasping the top of the HDD, gently lift the HDD and the HDD chassis (E) out of the
bottom cover as one unit (Figure 4-22).
5.
Disconnect the flexible hard disk cable (F) from the HDD (G). Set the HDD assembly aside
(Figure 4-22).
6.
Disconnect the HDD flexible cable (H) from the system board at PJ3 (I) and PJ4 (J) (Figure
4-23).
