Carefully turn the T2000 right side up with the front facing you and open the display panel.

Press firmly on the front edge of the keyboard cover to release the two tabs. Then gently
lift the keyboard (B) out and set it in front of the T2000.

Release the pressure plates and disconnect the keyboard cables (C) from PJ7 (12-pin con-
nector) (D) and PJ8 (8-pin connector) (E) on the system board (Figure 4-7).

Turn the keyboard over and release the eleven latches (F) holding the keyboard assembly
together (Figure 4-8).
To reassemble the computer, follow steps 1 through 8 in reverse order.
