Status

The Status page within the Troubleshooting tab displays factory-defined and
user-defined information about the unit. This page contains the unit name, part number,
firmware version, MAC address, location description, and related information about the unit.
It also displays the current audio bit rate and the video bit rates for all encoding streams.
Some of the information in this page can also be found using SIS commands (see
Command and Response Tables
page 43).
To open this page, click the Troubleshooting tab at the top of the SMP 351 embedded
Web pages and then click the Status tab on the second tier of tabs.

Logs

The Logs page within Troubleshooting displays a list (log) of alerts and notices for
any event set up for any status other than Disabled in Configuration > Alarms and
Traps > Alarm Message panels. All log entries are read-only. The logs can be sorted,
filtered, searched, or exported to a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
