Corrective Actions
If a staple error occurs, the machine
will stop and the corrective action will
be indicated on the touch panel.
Leave the machine on and follow the
instruction to take an appropriate
action.
If a staple jam occurs, the machine
will stop and the location of the jam
will be indicated on the touch panel.
Leave the machine on and follow the
instruction to remove the jammed
staple.
The Account ID does not match.
Check the registered Account ID.
Format the memory card.
Put down the receiver.
Use the removable memory
formatted by this machine.
The specified file is not found. The
job is canceled. Press [End].
Remove paper from the top tray, and
press [Continue] to resume the job.
Remove paper from the tray #
indicated on the touch panel.
If the tray B or C is full of paper, press
[Continue] to resume printing.
Further scanning cannot be
performed due to insufficient memory.
Press [Continue] to print the scanned
pages. Press [Cancel] to cancel the
printing job.
