• YOUR INFANT CAR SEAT AND BASE HAS AN
EXPIRATION DATE. Stop using the infant car seat after
the expiration ("do not use after") date printed on the
backside of the infant car seat and base.

2.6 Warnings for Use as a Carrier

• Read all instructions before use of the infant carrier.
• Keep instructions for future use.
• DO NOT use the infant carrier if it is damaged or broken.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• FALL HAZARD: Child's activity can move carrier. NEVER
place carrier on counter tops, tables, or any other elevated
surface.
• ONLY place carrier on level ground.
• ALWAYS ensure carrier is level on the ground when on
non-elevated surfaces.
• ENSURE that the handle locks into position before
moving the carrier. When lifting the carrier by the handle,
ensure that the handle is in the upright position.
• NEVER place the carrier in the child's seat compartment
of a shopping cart.
