Press C or D to select the pace range, then
press A. An alarm sounds if you are outside the
set pace range.
Hold down C or D to speed through the
numbers.

Hold down A to confirm the Target Pace
settings and return to the Measurement screen.
Note:
If you want to turn off the alarm that notifies you when
you are falling behind the set pace range, select OFF in
step 6.
