» If the idle speed changes:
–
Adjust the play in the throttle cable. (
–
Check throttle cable route.
–
Move the handlebar to the straight-ahead position.

Loosen the nut

Play in throttle cable

Tighten nut

Sit on the vehicle in the riding position and measure the distance between the upper
edge of your boot and shift lever
Distance between shift lever and upper
edge of boot
» If the distance does not meet specifications:
–
Adjust the basic position of the shift lever.

and use the screw to adjust the play in the throttle cable
