Adjust the luminance by the contrast adjustment (backlight adjustment).
Set to 40 to 250. [100]
Notes
• This menu is not selectable when Contrast Hold is set to On.
• The luminance is reduced to about half due to the principle of operation in the black frame
insertion mode or the interlace display mode. However, on this monitor the normal
luminance is set by the contrast adjustment (backlight adjustment). For this reason, as the
upper limit of Target Luminance becomes about 120 [cd/m
• The luminance calibrated internally by the backlight does not guarantee an absolute value
and may be different from the luminance calibrated by the probe. When you set Target
Luminance near to the upper limit (250) or the lower limit (40), the setting value may
exceed the adjustment range and cause an error. If an adjustment error occurs, change
Target Luminance and perform the automatic adjustment again.
