    Remote Control STANDBY Button Switches the unit between the ON and STANDBY modes. DOCK Button DOCK Switches the iPod/Bluetooth mode. Button Navigates up to select an item on a iPod / iPhone menu screen. PAIR Button • Skips backwards to the beginning of MENU ENTER the track or to the previous track.

    Removing the Insulating Strips from the Remote Control Remove the insulating mylar strip from the battery if the battery is being used for the first time. It is located at the bottom rear side of the remote control. Battery Replacement for the Remote Control The remote control requires a CR2025, 3V Lithium battery.

    Handling the Remote Control • Be aware of your fingernails when removing the battery cover and the battery. • Do not drop the remote control. • Do not allow anything to impact the remote control. • Do not spill water or liquid on the remote control. • Do not place the remote control on a wet object.

    Connecting to the Mains Supply Mains Power • This unit is designed to operate with a DC 18V/1.5A mains adapter (included). • Unwind the mains cable to its full length. Connect the other end of the mains cable to the DC IN System Link Socket at the rear of the unit then connect the mains adapter to the mains socket.

    General Operation Switching ON / OFF • When you first connect the unit to the mains socket, the unit will be in STANDBY mode. • Press the STANDBY button on the remote control to turn on the unit. The power indicator will light up green (iPod/Bluetooth mode) or orange (AUX mode).

    iPod / iPhone Operation This unit can support iPod, iPhone, iPhone 3G/3GS/4 and various models of iPod players with 30-pin dock connectors, such as iPod touch 1 Generation, iPod Classic, iPod nano 1 Generation. Inserting the iPod / iPhone Press the DOCK button to select iPod/Bluetooth mode. Carefully insert your iPod / iPhone into the iPod / iPhone dock.

    Random Playback All the tracks on the disc can be played in a random order. • During playback, press the button on the remote control. • Press the buttons on the remote control to play the next random track. • After all the tracks have been played once, the playback will stop automatically. • To cancel the random playback, press the button on the remote control during RANDOM playback.

    Activate your bluetooth device and select the search mode. “SBTD3012” will appear on your bluetooth device. Select “SBTD3012” and enter “0000” for the password if necessary. If the signal strength is weak, your bluetooth receiver may disconnect, but it will re-enter pairing mode automatically.
