Shaking the Ink Tanks Periodically
To maintain optimal print quality, shake the ink tanks about once a week following the
procedure below.
~Important
You cannot shake the ink tanks during printing. Perform the procedure below
after printing is complete.

Ensure that the printer is turned on.
If the POWER lamp is flashing blue, wait until it stops flashing.

Press the RESUME/CANCEL button on the printer.
The printer vibrates for about ten seconds to two minutes to shake the ink tanks.
Do not open the Top Cover while the printer is operating (the POWER lamp is flashing
blue).
