2. Hardware Orientation
VENUS X3 Back Panel

3G-SDI Input

3G-SDI input, input video signal from HD camera and radio processing
equipment, connect SDI interface via 75 ohms impedance BNC port.

SDI Loop Out

SDI loop out, connect to the SDI input of the next VENUS X3 or the device
with DVI input.

Output Card Slots

VENUS X3 offers 2 output card slots, supports DVI, VGA and SDI signal.
Each DVI optional module includes 4 DVI-I outputs, each DVI+VGA
optional module includes 4 DVI-I outputs, each SDI optional module
includes 4 SDI outputs.

DVI Output

Connect to the monitor or LED display which has DVI interface.
(This connector does not support hot-plugging).
DVI +VGA DVI Output
DVI +VGA output, connect to the monitor or LED display which has DVI
interface via DVI connector.
(This connector can not support hot-plugging)
The VGA output signal can be connected to monitor or projector.
VENUS X3
Via adapter, can connect with
DVI-based or VGA-based equipment, and via
DVI to VGA adapter, can output VGA
only.
