It Prompts "Eauipment is not found, please check
the cable" When Search Device in Windows Control
Program
The logic of the USB control port is missing, it may be caused by reboot the
device without disconnect after connect the windows control program. User
need to pull and plug the USB cable that connect the computer and
VENUS X3.

Some Inputs can Adjust the Quality While Some not

Currently, only asynchronous input cards, such as VGA, USB, CVBS,
HDMI and SDI cards support the brightness, sharpness, contrast,
saturation and color temperature adjustment. In order to ensure the
synchronicity of multiple-input multiple-output split, the synchronous input
cards, such as DVI, S-HDMI and S-SDI cards can not currently support.

How to Adjust the Brightness of All Ports

User can adjust the brightness of all ports by the windows control program,
the operations are as follows: click the ―Output Setting‖ in ―Basic Operation‖
area, it will pop up the output setting window, choose ―All Port‖, and set the
brightness in the brightness box. The adjustment range is 0~128. Click
―Set‖ after setting.
