Automatische Messung

Bei der automatischen Messung erfolgt die
Probenahme durch das Gerät automatisch,
sobald die Testperson eine ausreichende
Atemprobe in das Mundstück des Gerätes
abgegeben hat und das Ende der Atemprobe
vom Gerät erkannt wurde.
Die Testperson auffordern, gleichmäßig
und ohne Unterbrechung, so lange wie
möglich, in das Mundstück zu blasen.
Während der Abgabe der Atemprobe ertönt
ein Dauerton, die grüne Lampe leuchtet und
in der Anzeige erscheint: "Atemprobe".
Nach Abgabe der Atemprobe erlischt die
grüne Lampe, der Dauerton verstummt und
ein kurzes Klicken ist zu hören.
In der Anzeige erscheint:
"WARTEN Analyse"
Messergebnis
Nach 5 bis 25 Sekunden (abhängig von der
Gerätetemperatur und von der gemessenen
Konzentration) erscheint das Messergebnis
in der Anzeige.
Das Messergebnis wird mit der zugehörigen
Einheit dargestellt (mg/L = Milligramm Etha-
nol pro Liter Atemluft).
Dokumentation des Ergebnisses:
Solange das Ergebnis in der Anzeige steht,
kann mit einem geeigneten Dräger-Drucker
ein Ergebnisprotokoll erzeugt werden.

Automatic measurement

During the automatic measurement the sam-
ple is automatically taken by the instrument
when the person being tested has supplied a
sufficient breath sample into the mouthpiece
and the end of the breath sample has been
detected by the instrument.
Ask the test subject to blow evenly into
the mouthpiece as long as possible
without interruption.
During delivery of the breath sample a conti-
nuous tone sounds, the green light is lit, and

the display shows: "Blow".
After delivery of the breath sample the green
light will cease, the continuous tone will stop
and a click will be heard.
The display shows:

Measurement result
After 5 to 25 seconds (depending on the
instrument temperature and the measured

concentration) the measured value is shown
on the display.

The value is shown with the respective
measuring unit (mg/L = milligram ethanol per
liter breath air).
Documentation of the result:
While the result is shown on the display, a
print-out can be produced with an appro-
priate Dräger printer.
