    GAS-FIRED OVEN THERMAL CLEANING If a Wood Stone gas-fired oven is operated at low temperatures below 274 °C (525 °F), you may notice a buildup on the oven floor� If you operate the oven below 232 °C (450 °F), you may also notice some buildup on the interior walls and/or ceiling of the oven� To remove any buildup that has accumulated inside of the oven, simply turn the Radiant Flame to its highest setting�...
