Setting the digital reference level

You can set the digital headroom (number of dB below
maximum analog output reference level (full scale).

Press the MENU button to open the

The digital reference level setting is retained even when the

Setting the analog reference level

You can set the analog output reference level.
The analog audio output reference level settings that are
possible depend on the digital reference level setting.

setting.

Turn the DATA dial to set the analog reference level. The
analog reference setting value options depend on the

NOTE
The –20dBu setting does not effect the MONITOR OUTPUTS.
When this setting is selected, the output from the MONITOR
OUTPUTS will be +4 dBu unless the digital reference level is
set to –9 dBFS.
