Do not use any type of abrasive pad, scouring powder, or solvent such as alcohol or benzene, as these may damage the finish of eBox-3300.
Condensation may cause the eBox-3300 to malfunction for a while. If this happens, do not use the eBox-3300 for at least one hour. When you have checked all the above guidelines and the eBox-3300 does not work. Remove the power adaptor from the eBox-3300, unplug the power cord, and plug it in again.
