5. Press the circled B at the bottom of the Tool Strip.
NOTE: If you press on a point too far from the actual letters on the icon strip, you'll receive
an error message asking you to repeat this procedure.
To activate visual and audio icon indicators:
You may want to see or hear a signal that indicates that the icon you've pressed is active. The
audio indicator is a soft click and the visual indicator is a green, rectangular light that appears
beside the icon (in Full Screen mode). In Normal mode, the indicator light will appear at a slight
distance from the icon. Please note that the visual indicator is only available for Windows
users.
1. For Windows, click the SMART Board Tools icon (
the Control Panel button.
or
For Macintosh, click the SMART Board Tools icon (
Control Panel.
The SMART Board Control Panel dialog box will appear.
2. In the Boards tab, click the Advanced button and select Plasma Icon Strip Settings from
the pop-up menu that appears.
The Edit Plasma Overlay Settings dialog box will appear.
3. Select the check box beside Play click sound on button press in the Set Up Icon Strips
tab to activate the audio indicator.
Windows users can also activate the indicator light by selecting the check box beside
Show tool indicator beside icon strip in the Set Up Icon Strips tab.
4. Click OK.
