Troubleshooting & Maintenance l No image on display: l Ensure that the display device has been set to the correct input. l Ensure that the HDMI cables used for both the source/transmitter and the receiver/display are properly connected and are working. Test the HDMI cables directly from a source to display and ensure their operation. -

4K Compliant HDBaseT™ Extender 7. After-sales Service If there appear some problems when running the device, please check and deal with the problems reference to this user manual. Any transport costs are borne by the users during the warranty. 1) Product Limited Warranty: We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years, which starts from the first day you buy this product (The purchase invoice shall prevail). - Page 16 Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at KanexPro option, either return of the price paid fo acement of the Product that does not meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to KanexPro with a ceipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Product has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplic Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period of 3 years, whichever is longer.
