Seat removed | Foot plate down
• Stand facing the machine with leg cuff attached to your
right leg.
• With your left knee slightly bent, bend your right knee and
raise it, bringing your right thigh parallel to the floor.

• Continue through the starting position as though you are
on a bike, keeping your right knee bent and raising your
right heel upward behind your right thigh.
• Complete repetitions and repeat on opposite side.
