OPERATION

POWER SWITCH:
Power ON: To turn the monitor on, press the power switch in the upper area marked "1"
The power light indicator (Power LED)will turn green.
Note: If no VGA signal sync is present, it will turn orange after 10 seconds and the
message "NO SYNC. SIGNAL" will be shown in the display.
Power OFF: To turn the monitor off, press the power switch in the lower area marked "0".
MONITOR ADJUSTMENT CONTROLS:
This CRT monitor has a 100% dimmable image, which means it is capable of displaying a
completely black image when the brightness knob is turned fully to the left.
Note: For navigational use, a external dimmable illumination is required (IEC 60945, 6.5.c,
e.g. Goose neck light). This is because the brightness and contrast knobs are not self
lightning (dimmable)
WARNING: Use of brightness and contrast knobs may inhibit visibility of information at night.
CONTRAST - Adjust the image brightness in relation to the background using the knob
BRIGHTNESS - Adjust the overall image and background screen brightness using the knob
DEGAUSS - To manually degauss the picture press this button. This function will remove any
