THROTTLE BODY

REMOVAL

1. Extract the fuel in the fuel tank through the fuel

tank cap with a pump.

• Be sure to disconnect the fuel hose by hand.

slide the fuel hose connector cover 1 on the end

of the hose in direction of the arrow shown, press

and then remove the hose.

area under where it will be removed.

Damage → Replace the defective parts.

Cracks/damage → Replace the throttle body.

• Fuel passages

Obstructions → Clean.

• Use a petroleum based solvent for cleaning.

• Blow out all passage with compressed air.
