1 Drain the flUId from the dutch
master cyhnder reservoir
by
attaching
a
rubber tube
to
the slave
cyhnder bleed nIpple Undo
the
nIpple by approxImately three
quarters
of
a turn
and then
pump the flUId out

by operating tha
clutch pedal Note that the pedal
must
be held

the
floor
at
the completIon of each stroke
and the
bleed
nipple

before the
pedal

repeat
the process untIl
the reservOir IS

rag under the
master
cyhnder
to
catch any
hydrauhc
flUId that may be
split Unscrew
the
union nut
from the end
of
the metal pIpe where
It enters
the clutch
master
cylinder and
gently pull
the pIpe

chp that retams the pushrocl yoke
to
pedal cleVIS pm and
remove
the devls pIn
4 Undo and
remove
the
two
bolts
and sprmg
washers that
secure
the master
cyhnder to
the
bulkhead
