have worked loose

one
of
the battery
terminal
posts gets
very hot when
trying
to
work the
starter
motor
thiS
IS a
sure
IndicatIon of
a
faultv
connectiOn to
that terminal

of the
commonest
reasons
for bad
starting
IS
wet or
damp spark plugs leads
and
dlstnbutor Remove
the
distributor
cap
If
condensation
IS
VISible
Internally dry
the cap with
a
rag
and also wipe
over
the leads
Replace
the
cap

If the engine stili falls
to start
check that
current

reaching
the
plugs by
dlsconnectmg
each
plug
lead

turn at
the
spark
plug
end
