3.1.5 PNP/PCI Configuration

This section describes configuring the PCI bus system. It covers some
very technical items and it is strongly recommended that only
experienced users should make any changes to the default settings.

The settings on the screen are for reference only. Your version may not be
identical to this one.
PNP OS Installed
This category is used to enable or disable Plug and Play with your
operating system.
Y e s Select this option when you need Windows 95 to detect the
Plug and Play devices automatically.
No Select this option when you need the BIOS to detect the Plug
and Play devices for some compatible resources. We
recommend that you select this option. (default)
Resources Controlled By
The Award Plug and Play BIOS has the capability to automatically
configure all of the boot and Plug and Play compatible devices.
Auto The system will automatically detect the settings for you.
The categories that follow will not be shown on the
screen.
