Transformer assembly:
a. Assembly connector
disconnected.
b. Faulty transformer assembly.
Internal repairs required.
System leak.
Defective check valves.

Replace SensO circuit board. Refer to

Repair leak in product tank, regulator,
tubing, fittings, or flow meter.
Replace check valves. Refer to Replacing
