Low Temperature: 10°C (32°F) or below
1. Follow steps 1 and 2 under "Normal Temperature".
2. Immediately after the engine starts, operate the choke
lever to keep idling stable.
2,000 – 3,500 rpm
3. Keep warming the engine up until it runs smoothly
and responds to the throttle with the choke lever
fully OFF (B).

Extended use of the choke may impair piston and
cylinder lubrication damaging the engine.
Flooded Engine
(CG150 Titan KS/CG150 Job)
If the engine fails to start after repeated attempts, it
may be flooded with excess fuel. To clear the engine,
turn the ignition switch off and move the choke lever
to Fully OFF (C). Open the throttle fully and crank the
engine several times with the kickstarter. Turn the
ignition switch to ON and open the throttle slightly.
Start the engine by operating the kickstarter.

If the engine fails to start after repeated attempts, it
may be flooded with excess fuel. To clear the engine,
turn the ignition switch to ON and move the choke
lever to Fully OFF (C). Open the throttle fully and crank
the engine for 5 seconds. If the engine starts, close
the throttle quickly and then open it slightly if idling is
unstable. If the engine does not start, wait 10 seconds
and repeat the starting procedures.
